The port of La Cayenne is the oyster port of Marennes, small river town
of the Charente-Maritime
which is today one of the main oyster-farming ports of France.
Crossing France from north to south along the Atlantic,
the cycling track of 1,200 km makes it possible
to make a real cycling odyssey through the landscapes,
the cities and the terroirs of
Western France.
The Velodyssey is France’s longest
marked cycle trail.
It starts in Brittany and ends near the Spanish border , from
Roscoff to Hendaye in the Basque Country.

at the end of a long channel.
The” port de La Grève” is an oyster farm
located in La Tremblade,Charente-Maritime,
in the south-west of France.
It faces the port of La Cayenne, in Marennes
