From Brittany to Normandy, this easy biking tour starts in Saint Malo along one of the most beautiful coast of Brittany, the Emerald Coast. Discover the Mont Saint Michel, surrounded twice a day by the largest tides in the world that rise up at the speed of a galloping horse, a magnificent natural spectacle well-known since the Middle Ages when pilgrims used to come to the Abbey.

Beautiful images, with some great old houses and streets. I was in Saint Malo for a week last September, and travelled to Cancale and Mont Saint Michel. I wrote an article: http://travelthruhistory.com/html/historic101.html
I thought I’d seen a lot, but your photos make me think I missed more…

These are gorgeous! Thank you so much for posting…….lovely photography. I spent a short afternoon at Mont-St.-Michel last spring, which was a crime, because I wanted to stay longer and see more of Normandy. I am fascinated with Normandy—–the ancient history there and architecture, the beautiful countryside………the standing stones. Thank you also for stopping by my blog.

A beautiful part of France. This is not a criticism but I would love to know more about the locations of your photographs. I’m interested in finding out which towns, rivers, beaches etc… you have photographed. When I see a great photo I am naturally curious where you were visiting. Regards Peet
