That first photo of the statue – THAT’s something we missed when visiting the canal du Midi. In Sete we had an unforgettable lunch but not for good reasons, and we loved Carcassonne. Brought back some memories. I fell in love with southern France decades ago and find on return visits that it loses none of its allure. Quite the collection you put together.
