  1. Wow, great shots! I feel healthier just looking at them. Hope it’s okay, going to share your blog on my FB site, thinking folks here in Mexico will enjoy seeing shots of a great market place!

  2. I’m living in France just now and forget seeing friends, one of my weekend highlights is going to the market near my apartment! Haha 🙂 It’s hard to beat.

  3. Beautiful photos… I haven’t been further south in France than the Charente Maritime… but judging from these photos I will need to rectify that!

  4. Wonderful photos. (Just the kind I like to take myself, so I am a bit green-faced, both of your ability with the camera and of the markets you have available to you! Western Massachusetts in the US will be sumptuous in July, August, and September, but it is very austere the rest of the year, unlike the South of France.
    Salut!

  5. Beautiful post. I love France. In the near future, I hope to post some of my photos from France. The people, the food, the countryside…and Paris – all are a feast for the photographer.

  6. Fantastic photos!
My parents have a house in this part of the world (near Beziers) and as soon as I saw the photos I was wondering if they were from Languadoc region (the Cataln influence with the paella, the bright green elongated local olives).
    What a coincidence 🙂

  9. I enjoyed your photos and have spent time in Sete in the past. It is delightful. It is not far from my village and I know I will be back there.

Thanks for choosing to follow one of my blogs. I hope you continue to enjoy the posts.

      1. Yes, it was colder than in previous years and didn’t get to sunbathe as much, but we still had a few ‘warm’ days to wear t-shirts and shorts. At least it was warmer than in England! You’re lucky to live down there: it’s truly beautiful and we love the lakes!

  10. These photos are so visually engaging that I must get on a plane for the south of France immediately. Barring that I must eat something fresh and dripping with flavour and colour.
